    Ferrell’s professional painting & home services, let me start by saying WOW!!!! Absolutely amazing people amazing performance, I like to hover and watch to learn more, being I am a home owner, but mainly to make sure no one is screwing with me or my money!! And Mr. Ferrell was so kind, so understanding, he wanted me to feel safe, confident, and treated me like an actual human being. I absolutely fell in love with the type of people him and his crew are! I had to leave for 2 days, and when I came back I couldn’t believe how much work was done on my house. I honestly didn’t think I pulled up to the right house, I mean here I am pulling up in my driveway and didn’t even recognize my house. He even pressure washed my driveway and said the only reason he did that was to see me smile! I had the exterior of my house painted, new gutters, new windows, new shudders, new set of steps, and a ramp to go up to my porch Ballards to go up each side of my driveway, and I feel like I cheated him out of money because of the price he gave me so I gave him an extra 2k and he wouldn’t accept it!!! He is a great man and has a DARN good team!! I’m excited to have the inside of my house done next! Thanks to Ferrell’s professional painting and home services I feel safe from crooks trying to get me out of money!     OMG where do I start. Brad has to be one of the hardest working painters I have ever met. He stayed at my house from sunrise to sunset trying to get the job done because I had a time frame I needed to meet for a realtor. He even brought his own lunch everyday and painted while he ate. So professional and courteous. This guy is the MAN. I could go on and on but I'll just say that if are looking for awesone painter that likes to work and takes pride in his work look no further.     Ferrell's repainted and sealed our entire pool deck and cabana area. They showed up on time, completed the work in the time allotted, and did a great job! They resealed all of the small cracks and the patio looks brand new!! The new topcoat does a great job of keeping the patio cooler than before. All of this was done at an extremely reasonable price!!     Brads professional web page grabbed my eye so I called him about some furniture refinishing I needed to get taken care of. I called the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and he called me back within an hour and left a message that he’d plan to call me back Tuesday after the holiday, which he did. We reached an agreement on the scope and price on my job and set a date for Brad to pick up the furniture. Shortly after we had reached an agreement, I came across a piece of furniture that I liked even better than the piece Brad was refinishing. I called Brad to explain my situation and he immediately understood that the new piece I could buy was a better situation for me and he refunded my deposit within the hour. That kind of customer service is difficult to find these days. It’s wonderful dealing with vendors that actually care about their customers. See more See less

    Brad Ferrell is the owner of Ferrell's Professional Painting in Panama City Beach, FL and he is also my First Born! While he has not done any work for me personally because we live 6.5 hours from each other, I can sincerely say that "You can't go wrong" by choosing Brad Ferrell to do any of the services he offers.
